University Profile

Undergraduate program applications are accepted biannually.

Required Documents for Undergraduate Application:

• High School Diploma: Submit a copy of your high school diploma in either English or Turkish.
• Official Transcript: Provide a copy of your official transcript along with its translated version (in English or Turkish).
• Exam Result: Include a copy of the exam result used for your application.
• Notarized Translations: If the original documents are not in English, ensure you provide notarized translations.

Before commencing the application process, ensure you have selected your desired program of study. Prepare your supporting documents in advance before initiating your online application.

Language Entry Requirements:

English Degree Program Applicants:

• TOEFL Score: A minimum score of 75 is required.
• IELTS Score: A minimum score of 6.0 is required.
• If applicants do not have TOEFL or IELTS scores, they must take an English Proficiency Exam.

Turkish Degree Program Applicants:

• TOMER B1 Level: Applicants must demonstrate a proficiency level of TOMER B1.

Please note that graduate applications undergo evaluation by an academic committee. As a result, it may take up to 15 working days to receive the results.

Please ensure that you have the following documents ready:

1. Transcripts: Include transcripts from your previous institution, including the grading system used.
2. Undergraduate diploma: Provide your undergraduate diploma, which should reflect a minimum Cumulative GPA of 2.25/4.00. Alternatively, submit an official transcript demonstrating an equivalent overall performance.
3. Two reference letters: Obtain two letters of recommendation from individuals familiar with your academic or professional background.
4. Letter of Intent in English: Write a letter clearly stating the purpose of your application.
5. Notarized translations: If your original documents are not in English, make sure to provide notarized translations.

Language Entry Requirements:

For applicants to English degree programs:

• TOEFL score of 75
• IELTS score of 6.0

If you do not have a TOEFL or IELTS score, you will be required to take an English Proficiency Exam.

For applicants to Turkish degree programs, a TOMER B1 level is required.

Applications for transfer students or individuals holding an Associate Degree are welcome for admission into Bachelor Degree programs.

The following criteria must be met for transfer applications to the CSU:

1. Applications are accepted for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th semesters. Typically, Associate Degree or National Diploma holders begin from the 5th semester.
2. The applicant must not have been previously dismissed from a university.
3. Completion of all required modules from previous classes is mandatory.
4. The cumulative grade point average (CGPA) should be at least 2.00 out of 4.00 or its equivalent.

Required Documents:

1. Photocopies of the Higher Secondary School Certificate/Diploma and the Associate Degree or National Diploma.
2. Academic record/mark sheets (transcripts).
3. Brief descriptions of the courses taken.
4. If the original documents are not in English, notarized translations must be provided.

Please note that if you are unable to present valid original documents during registration, you may not be granted admission to the university.
