Study in North Cyprus (SINC) is proud to announce that our founder, Dr. Selman Arslanbaş, has been officially invited by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan to participate in the prestigious Kazakhstan’s II Forum of Strategic Partners.
The forum will be held in Astana on October 31, 2025, under the high patronage of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. This high-level event aims to strengthen international cooperation in higher education and science, while positioning Kazakhstan as a global academic hub.
Dr. Arslanbaş, the visionary behind internationalization efforts in higher education and the Founder of the Study in Kazakhstan initiative, will join distinguished leaders from top universities and global technology companies.
Participants include University of Arizona, University of Minnesota, KAIST, Cardiff, Coventry, Heriot-Watt, City University of Hong Kong, as well as Google, Huawei, Nvidia, and 01Edu System.
Through this participation, SINC continues to expand its role in creating global opportunities for students and partners, fostering new pathways of academic mobility and innovation-driven growth.
